We're almost to the end of our 5 days here! How're you guys feeling? There's only 2 more days to go. You've come this far, I have no doubt you can finish strong. Set your intention this morning to choose your health, your wellness, choose YOU.

Tried the oatmeal with out fruit this AM. Poured some hot water in it and took it to gigong with me as my snack afterwards. It was so good. The vanilla really helped. I ate that as others ate the snacks.
Later that day a neigh gave me some banana bread. I ate it without asking what was in it. At the first bite, my mind said OMG there are chocolate chips in it! It was so over the top for me. Later that night I had my negative reactions.
In the morning I wrote in my journal of "what works and what doesn't "
Ask what is in the food! Don't worry about hurting their feelings more than hurting my body. Good lesson.
Thank you. Made the lettuce rool ups with large chard leaves. Will try it with cabbage next time.
