Congratulations on your first week completed of the 'Fit Fall' 30 Day Challenge!  You guys are doing great and I can't wait to see how well you do in the next week.  We are amping things up in the second week. You will need some hand weights, so make sure you have those close by for your workouts.  Beginners start with 3-5 lbs, and if you're more advanced, try 8-15 lbs, depending on your experience level.  Let's get after it you guys!  You got this!!
