DAY 7 - ARMS & SHOULDERS

Alright you guys!  Let's work on sculpting some long and lean arms and shoulders today!  You're going to need some hand weights for this one.  Use anywhere from 5-15 lbs, depending on your strength and experience.  This circuit is short and sweet, so I'm pretty sure you guys can do 3 or 4 rounds.  Show me what you've got!

Well, it took me two days to recover, but I am back! Really needed this one for my shoulders, Thank You! This is really helping me stay motivated. I warm up with my yoga first and then do this. Hey, then I
can go walk my mountain.

You are amazing! I'm glad the shoulders circuit hit the spot. It's one of my favorite parts to work out because it makes me feel so strong! Keep up the great work!!
