DAY 6 - FULL BODY WORKOUT
Well, I hope you had a great day off because today we are back at it! We've got a full body workout for Day 6. Like before, start with 2 sets of the circuit and if you're feeling strong, go for 3 or 4. Also, try to fit in 30 minutes of cardio (ex. a brisk walk or jog) before or after this circuit. As usual, be sure to warm up before you begin. When you're done, keep me posted on your progress in the comments below!
