DAY 6 - FULL BODY WORKOUT

Well, I hope you had a great day off because today we are back at it!  We've got a full body workout for Day 6. Like before, start with 2 sets of the circuit and if you're feeling strong, go for 3 or 4. Also, try to fit in 30 minutes of cardio (ex. a brisk walk or jog) before or after this circuit. As usual, be sure to warm up before you begin.  When you're done, keep me posted on your progress in the comments below!

Brooke - you are my inspiration girl !!
So I am just starting this challenge today - wanted to start Oct 1 however in my crazy busy world with 3 busy boys and football schedules I did not make the time for myself. So today I officially made this challenge a priority and am getting some ME time.
I did make the smoothie today and I LOVE it...I look forward to this challenge and will make up the first 5 days of it at the end.
You look so healthy and fit and truly are my inspiration Brooke.
This challenge is getting me back on track with my work outs and healthy eating that I have put on the back burner.

Julie, that makes me so happy! I'm thrilled your joining us and making YOU a priority! Thank you so much for all the support, I really appreciate it. And I'm glad you liked the smoothie!!! I use it all the time because its quick and easy and tastes great! Keep me posted on your progress, I'd love to stay up on how things are going. Let's do this!
