DAY 4: LEGS & BOOTY!

Here we are at Day 4!  I hope you enjoyed your full body circuit yesterday.  Today we are going to be working on legs and booty.  Make sure to stretch before you start this sequence.  As usual, start with 2 sets and then see if you want to go for more!  Keep me posted on your progress and keep up the good work!
