Today we are going to do some spot toning and we are going to focus on ABS! This is the routine my own trainer put's me through and I love it, so I wanted to share it with you. Start with 2 sets of the routine, resting 30 seconds in between sets, and then maybe go for 3 or 4 sets! You got this!
