DAY 2 - MY TRAINERS AB ROUTINE

Today we are going to do some spot toning and we are going to focus on ABS! This is the routine my own trainer put's me through and I love it, so I wanted to share it with you. Start with 2 sets of the routine, resting 30 seconds in between sets, and then maybe go for 3 or 4 sets! You got this!

I'm gonna have to work up to the 3-4 reps. Did two today, Icould feel it, but totally feel like next time can do the 3rd rep! I liked the exercises! It was a great set!
