Alright, we made it to Saturday!  I hope you had a great week.  We are going to finish off our week sculpting some beautiful biceps, triceps and shoulders.  You will need hand weights for this circuit.  Be sure to stretch a bit before you start, and then let me know how it went in the comments down below.  Let's go!
