DAY 10 - FULL BODY WORKOUT

 It's Friday, so that means it's a Full Body Workout day!! Let's start the weekend off right by moving our bodies and getting our blood pumping. Try to work in 30 minutes of active cardio before or after this circuit, like a brisk walk, run, yoga, whatever matches your fitness level. You will need your hand weights today, so grab them before you start. This circuit will leave you energized and ready to say TGIF! We got this. Let's go!
